American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF) The AVMF is a not-for-profit organization that supports disaster preparedness and response services. The AVMF organizes Veterinary Medicine Assistance Teams to assist pets and owners affected by disasters

Association of Pet Loss and Bereavement  We have all experienced the pain of losing a pet. The Association of Pet Loss and Bereavement has set up this site for support during the most difficult time. You will find inspirational stories, grief counseling resources, hotline numbers and many other resources. 

Behavior problems  Founded by Brian Kilcommons and Sharon Wilson, best-selling authors and recognized experts on animal training and behavior, this site is a terrific resource for advice on a variety of behavioral problems. PawsToSavePets The Paws to Save Pets program, through its partners, provides disaster relief assistance to help ensure the health and well-being of companion animals.

Petfinder.com The Petfinder.com Foundation raises funds for thousands of shelters and rescue groups. Funds raised through Paws to Save Pets help to supply equipment and funds so that thousands of pets displaced by disasters have healthier and happier lives, and thousands of shelters workers can perform their jobs better.
